Local co-living operator The Assembly Place (TAP) is making its debut in hospitality with Social on Outram, its first boutique hotel under the new Social brand, officially opening in mid-June.
Located at 261 Outram Road near Tiong Bahru, the three-star hotel occupies a charming four-storey pre-war shophouse with 26 rooms spread across 7,104 square feet of gross floor area on a 2,277 sq ft land plot.
“Social is a new hotel brand under TAP,” said Eugene Lim, TAP’s founder and CEO. “We’re pulling out all the stops to anchor the brand to a great customer experience with a community-driven concept like our other co-living spaces. Guests can also join our bi-weekly community events, creating a true sense of belonging.”
