The program, certified by the China Outbound Tourism Research Institute (CORTI), provided Titanic Hotel Belfast’s team with specialized training designed to attract and welcome Chinese visitors.
The training helps organizations tap into the growing Chinese tourism market, equipping staff with the knowledge to understand various market segments, tailor services, and recognize the needs of the millions of Chinese tourists who visit Europe each year.
