Meliá Hotels International has signed an agreement to expand into the scenic town of Sapa, known for its rich local culture, terraced rice fields, and mountainous terrain popular with hikers. This new venture brings Meliá to one of Vietnam’s most picturesque destinations.
The BB Hotel Sapa and BB Sapa Resort & Spa, now affiliated with Meliá, will be the group’s northernmost properties in the country. Meliá is known for its commitment to connecting with local cultures through its hotels.
Under a new agreement with Sapa Mountain Resort LLC, BB Sapa Resort & Spa will be rebranded as Meliá Sapa Mountain Resort after one year as an Affiliated by Meliá property. The resort will offer 77 rooms and suites, providing a unique experience for visitors to the area.
