If you’re planning a future staycation, a new luxury hotel in Dubai might be the perfect destination. Jumeirah has revealed plans for three major projects in the city, one of which is the development of a new five-star hotel.
The new hotel, named Jumeirah Asora Bay, will be located on the La Mer South peninsula, offering stunning views of the water. The hotel will feature 103 rooms and 20 villas, all designed to blend discreetly into the surrounding environment.
For those who fall in love with the location, there will also be 29 residences available for permanent living, ranging from four to six bedrooms. The second project, Jumeirah Residences Asora Bay, will include a seven-bedroom penthouse and six oceanfront villas.
In addition to the Asora Bay developments, Jumeirah is also launching Jumeirah Residences Emirates Towers. This new building will feature 754 apartments and offer luxury amenities such as a padel court, fitness studio, private cinema, and a podium pool terrace.
Currently, an opening date for these projects has not been confirmed.
