Lympstone Manor, the five-star hotel in South Devon led by renowned chef Michael Caines, has officially joined The Stafford Collection—a group of independently owned luxury venues in the UK.
As an associate member, Lympstone Manor will collaborate with The Stafford London in Mayfair and the Italian-inspired Norma restaurant in Fitzrovia. The partnership opens doors to joint promotions, shared marketing, and enhanced brand visibility.
Located near the village of Lympstone and overlooking the scenic Exe Estuary, the manor features 21 elegant guest rooms and suites, along with six shepherds’ huts set within 28 acres of gardens, parkland, and a 10.8-acre vineyard.
Michael Caines, originally from Exeter and formerly head chef at the two Michelin-starred Gidleigh Park, was recently named culinary strategist at The Stafford London. This is his first professional role in London. In this position, he oversees all food and beverage operations at the hotel.
Caines is also leading the upcoming rebranding of The Stafford’s Game Bird restaurant. The new concept, set to launch this autumn, will highlight his signature dishes and reflect his commitment to seasonality, sustainability, and biodiversity.
This partnership strengthens ties between top-tier UK hospitality destinations and reflects a shared vision for exceptional guest experiences rooted in culinary excellence and environmental consciousness.
