Marina Bay Sands has completed a major renovation of its hotel rooms, a key part of its ongoing US$1.75 billion transformation project. The update marks a significant milestone for the iconic resort, with nearly 1,850 rooms now fully refurbished — including a dramatic increase in the number of luxury suites.
The renovation includes two distinct room collections: the Sands Collection and the Paiza Collection.
The Sands Collection features 1,480 newly updated rooms and suites. Designed to offer a modern urban sanctuary, this collection includes options such as the Sands Premier Room and the Sands Family Suite. Select guests also have access to a dedicated Premium Services team throughout their stay.
The Paiza Collection offers around 370 luxury suites tailored for high-end travelers. Highlights include the expansive Chairman Suite with three to four bedrooms, the Presidential Suite equipped with a private golf simulator, and the Horizon Suite featuring a spa area with a Himalayan salt wall and a private gym. Guests in this collection are attended by a 160-member Butler Services team.
As a result of the upgrades, Marina Bay Sands has increased its total number of suites from 180 to 775.
The resort’s reinvestment plan continues. In July, Marina Bay Sands will debut Jin Ting Wan, a new Cantonese restaurant. Further enhancements are also planned, including updates to the LAVO Italian Restaurant & Rooftop Bar, improvements to the hotel lobby, and the introduction of a new spa. More details will be announced in the coming months.
