The stock, with a face value of ₹10, belongs to the BSE ‘A’ group. It reached its 52-week high of ₹162.25 on January 2, 2025, and a 52-week low of ₹110.55 on April 7, 2025. Over the last week, it has traded between ₹140.10 and ₹132.20. The company’s market capitalization now stands at ₹10,544.80 crore.
Promoters hold 22.49% of the shares, while institutional and non-institutional investors own 40.59% and 36.92%, respectively.
Meanwhile, Lemon Tree Hotels announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Carnation Hotels, has signed a Hotel Operation Agreement (HOA) for a new property in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh. The hotel will operate under the brand ‘Lemon Tree Suites’ following the execution of a license agreement.
The upcoming Lemon Tree Suites will feature 336 well-appointed suites, along with restaurants, a bar, banquet halls, a swimming pool, a spa, a fitness center, and other public areas. The property is located about 39 km from New Delhi’s Indira Gandhi International Airport and 13 km from Ghaziabad Railway Station. It is also easily accessible by both public and private transport.
