Dusit Thani, a leading Thai hotel group, is forecasting increased earnings this year, driven by its landmark redevelopment project in central Bangkok.
The centerpiece of the project is a 69-story luxury condominium tower, part of the Dusit Central Bangkok complex.
The publicly listed company is the primary developer behind the ambitious project, which is expected to enhance its revenue in 2025.
Dusit Thani currently owns or operates 57 hotels across Thailand, as well as in Singapore, China, Japan, and other international markets as of the end of 2024.
The Dusit Central Bangkok development marks a major step in the company’s strategy to diversify its assets and expand beyond traditional hospitality, combining high-end residential, retail, and hospitality components in one of the capital’s most sought-after locations.
