Folsom’s skyline is transforming with the construction of the new AC Hotel by Marriott at the Palladio, located on 1.5 acres near Dave & Buster’s. Developed by Texas-based Insignia Hospitality Group Inc., this new five-story hotel marks the largest expansion of the Palladio since its opening in 2010.
With the building’s frame now fully visible, the 130-room hotel is set to become the only lodging option on the Palladio grounds.
Expected to be completed and open by spring 2026, the AC Hotel will offer upscale amenities including eight executive suites, a lobby and lounge, fitness center, breakfast area, and meeting spaces.Designed to complement the existing aesthetic of the Palladio, the hotel will cater to both business and leisure travelers.
