Cygnett Hotels and Resorts has announced the addition of two new properties—Cozzet Kanpur and Cygnett Inn Vrindavan—as part of its expansion strategy in Uttar Pradesh.
The move supports the group’s broader goal of building a network of 100 hotels across India in the coming years.
Cozzet Kanpur is a brownfield project expected to open by the end of 2024. The hotel will feature 40 rooms and two large banquet halls, with a combined capacity to host between 8,000 and 10,000 guests. The property will also include a 60-seat all-day dining restaurant and a lounge bar, catering to both business and leisure travelers in Kanpur’s growing hospitality market.
Cygnett Inn Vrindavan is scheduled to open in early 2027. The hotel will offer 60 rooms, an 80-seat restaurant, a rooftop swimming pool, a gym, and a banquet space designed to accommodate 600 to 800 guests. Combined with the previously announced 50-key Cozzet Vrindavan, the company will operate a total of 100 rooms in the city.
These developments reflect Cygnett’s commitment to strengthening its presence in key Indian cities and expanding its footprint in both religious and urban destinations.
