Owned by South African hospitality group MORE Family Collection, the Stable Suites represent the latest chapter in the hotel’s evolution while paying tribute to its storied past dating back to the 1850s. Situated on nearby King Street, the 10 newly converted suites are now the most spacious accommodation option at Cape Cadogan, catering to modern travellers seeking style, comfort, and a sense of place.
Designed for multi-generational families, business travellers, and guests craving added privacy, the suites include a separate lounge and bar area, with several units offering private courtyards or Juliet balconies. Options include interleading rooms, triple layouts, and two-bedroom configurations, ideal for longer stays or group travel.
The name “Stable Suites” nods to the hotel’s heritage, built on land originally granted in 1822 that once housed coach houses and stables.
