Minor Hotels, a global hotel owner and operator, has signed a strategic management agreement for a prime beachfront property on Dubai’s famous Palm West Beach. The deal is in partnership with Seven Tides.
Starting August 1, 2025, the resort and serviced residences, currently known as Dukes The Palm, a Royal Hideaway Hotel, will join Minor Hotels’ managed portfolio. This move strengthens Minor Hotels’ growing presence in the UAE and makes it the largest hotel operator on the Palm Jumeirah’s Trunk.
The resort includes 273 hotel rooms and 287 serviced apartments. It is located next to NH Collection Dubai The Palm, which opened in February 2023.
With this new addition, Minor Hotels’ total number of keys on Palm Jumeirah will reach 1,524 across three properties: Anantara The Palm Dubai Resort, NH Collection Dubai The Palm, and Dukes The Palm. This expansion highlights Minor Hotels’ strong, long-term commitment to the region.
