BWH Hotels has announced a major expansion in Georgia, revealing new developments during the Arabian Travel Market (ATM) 2025. The announcement highlights the company’s continued investment across the EMEA region and its strategy to enter high-growth markets with premium hospitality offerings.
One of the key developments is the signing of Grand Life WorldHotels™ Luxury, set to become Batumi’s first-ever luxury city hotel. The hotel is being developed in partnership with Georgian real estate firm European Village LLC and is expected to open in 2027. Once complete, it will join the prestigious WorldHotels Luxury collection.
Alongside the hotel, BWH Hotels will also launch a WorldHotels™ Residences project in Batumi. This move expands the brand’s presence in the long-stay and branded residences sector and marks the debut of WorldHotels in this thriving Black Sea resort city.
These projects represent a significant milestone for BWH Hotels in Georgia and reinforce its global growth strategy.
