Kimpton Hotels, part of IHG Hotels & Resorts’ growing luxury and lifestyle portfolio, has unveiled plans to open its fourth Texas property in Fredericksburg, located in the stunning Hill Country.
The new hotel, Kimpton Fredericksburg, is set to open in 2027 and will be the centerpiece of The Meuse, a 22-acre mixed-use development spearheaded by Houston-based DC Partners.
The 210-room hotel will blend Fredericksburg’s historic charm with modern luxury, offering an upscale hospitality experience for both visitors and locals. Designed by Merriman Anderson Architects and interior design studio Curioso, Kimpton Fredericksburg aims to become a vibrant social hub with luxury dining, retail, and social spaces. The hotel will also prioritize sustainability with energy-efficient systems, water-conscious landscaping, and eco-friendly fixtures.
